CEREC 3D

Our office prides itself on staying on the cutting edge of dental technology and innovation; therefore, we were one of the first offices in the area to offer the CEREC 3D digital restorative system. The current CEREC technology allows us to make larger restorations that traditionally were fabricated by a lab in our office in about two hours. In most cases, in one appointment we can take a broken down or root canal treated tooth and prepare it for an onlay or crown, take a virtual impression, design the restoration on the CEREC computer, then mill it from a porcelain block and place it in your mouth with permanent cement. We also have a glazing oven, which allows us to custom shade and glaze CEREC restorations, providing an even more pristine match and finish. The glazing oven also allows us to make beautiful restorations for front teeth, including crowns and veneers, in our office in one visit.
