Dr. Bouchard established the Capitol Hill Dental Group in 1979. The original location was in the front building at 412 First St. SE. As the practice grew, the office was relocated to the second floor of the rear part of the same building.

Dr. Bouchard is a long-standing member of the D.C. Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Bouchard resides in Virginia with his wife, Rebecca, and his two daughters Sarah, and Susan.
