Dr. Norman Bouchard established Capitol Hill Dental Group in 1979. The practice has thrived at 412 1st St. SE for over 30 years.

Dr. Bouchard is a long-standing member of the D.C. Dental Society and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Bouchard resides in Virginia with his wife Becky. His eldest daughter, Sarah, joined the practice as an associate dentist in June 2010. His youngest daughter, Susan, attends Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA.
